Venue for both circles: Birmingham Buddhist Centre, 11 Park Rd, Birmingham B13 8AB
My healing circles are as effective as working individually with a patient and the benefits can be amplified as you are part of a group with a shared healing intent. They are also effective if you want to send distant healing to someone else. Anyone can benefit, whether you need a healing experience, a lasting sense of peace – or simply to recharge your batteries!
HEALING CIRCLE FEEDBACK
“A few days after surgery for an emergency colostomy my right leg suddenly gave way and had no power in it. After a month in hospital I couldn’t get upright and I was going to have to learn to walk again. I’ve got deep femoral nerve damage probably caused during the operation and it may never improve to where I can walk,” wrote one lady.
“I wanted you to know that the day after the healing circle my dead leg began to be more responsive and I now have some movement!”
A few days later came an update: “I’m now walking quite well with a Rollator all in the space of a week. I’m eternally grateful and a sceptical partner is now a total convert!!”
Someone else joined the circles suffering from intense back pain in the lumbar region. “I was surprised how quickly I relaxed when in the circle. Despite being in a room full of complete strangers, and holding hands with two of them, it felt in no way embarrassing or awkward. It felt soothing.
“When you touched my shoulders I immediately felt a great warmth which rapidly spread throughout my entire body. I became intrigued by a sensation in both my legs which continued for some time.
“The real test came yesterday when I drove to Cambridge to visit my brother. It took me over three hours and normally after just one hour sitting in a car I would almost need winching out of my seat.
“Well, I can very gratefully report that I leapt out of the car without a twinge. I can’t quite fathom it. I still haven’t got used to the back ache not being there. It was a profound experience and one that I will never forget”
