With Bohemian Czech roots infused with Indian and Floridian influences, Markéta’s journey is a testament to the transformative power of holistic living. As a holistic therapist, natural nutritionist, raw living food chef, and certified Hippocrates Health Educator, she’s spent years leading raw food courses, dinner experiences, workshops, and Tree of Life Wellbeing & Vitality Festivals in the Midlands.
Markéta’s passion for raw living and plant-based lifestyles was a long journey towards overcoming childhood illnesses through the healing power of food. Her remarkable 5.5-year journey of eating purely raw living food inspired her to share her knowledge with others. As a devoted mother of two boys, she’s continue to nurture her enthusiasm for raw living and plant-based living within the family.
Through her writing, teaching, and events, Markéta has inspired countless individuals on their path to wellness. Her regular raw food columns and recipes in publications like ‘What Doctors Don’t Tell You’ and Tree of Life Magazines showcased her creativity and expertise.
