During this evening talk, Yogi Ashokananda will take you on a journey through his life, giving you a valuable insight into his life growing up in rural India along with his unique interpretation of enlightenment - what it means to us today and how it is relevant to living a modern life in the west. You will experience some of his simple and effective meditations and there will be an opportunity for a Question and Answer session afterwards.
